Every order is protected against damage in transit. If a compound arrives damaged, we'll send a one-time replacement. Items lost in transit will also be replaced. All damage claims must include photo evidence and are subject to review.

Take clear photos of the damaged compound and packaging as soon as the shipment arrives at your lab. This evidence is required for all damage claims.

get your replacement
Once we verify the damage, we'll ship a one-time replacement to your lab at no cost. All claims are subject to review.

- Compounds damaged during shipping (with photo evidence), reported within three days of delivery
- Incorrect items received
- Items lost in transit will be replaced.

- Anything reported more than three days after delivery
- Reconstituted research compounds, including compounds that have been incorrectly reconstituted
- Damage claims without photo evidence
- Compounds improperly stored after delivery
- Compounds without proof of purchase
3D-printed items.
our 3D-printed accessories are made to order, and each piece is unique. visible layer lines, small surface imperfections, slight differences in finish, and color variations are normal characteristics of the printing process. these features do not mean that an item is damaged.
because these items are made to order, returns or refunds are not available for these normal variations. please review the product images and description before placing your order.
